1. **Label Field**

* The first input field allows you to specify the Label of the column.
* Enter a meaningful name, such as “Assignee” or “Owner,” to indicate the purpose of this column. This label will appear as the header for the column in the table view.

2. **Type Field**

* The second dropdown menu is used to select the Type of data for the column.
* Choose **Person** to specify that this column will store user or team member assignments.
